Ballantyne Strong Return Policy:
We understand that there are circumstances where product may need to be returned.  Please follow the guidelines below to ensure quick and successful processing of your refund or part replacement.

Items Damaged in Shipment
– Contact Ballantyne Customer Service within 30 days of receipt to obtain a valid return authorization number.
– Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box being returned.
– All returns must reference the original Ballantyne invoice or sales order number, part number, quantity and reason for return.
– All returns must be received within 60 days of issuance of the RMA number or credit will not be issued.
– The return product should be returned in the original shipping packaging.
– It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that the product is packaged properly and returned intact to Ballantyne Strong.  The seller is not responsible for returned items that are damaged or lost while in transit.
– Ballantyne may request photos of the damaged product prior issuance of the RMA.

Part not Needed or Required:
– Contact Ballantyne Customer Service within 30 days of receipt to obtain a valid return authorization number.
– Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box being returned.
– All returns must reference the original Ballantyne invoice or sales order number, part number, quantity and reason for return.- All returns must be received within 60 days of issuance of the RMA number or credit will not be issued.
– The return product should be returned in the original shipping packaging.
– It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that the product is packaged properly and returned intact to Ballantyne Strong.  The seller is not responsible for returned items that are damaged or lost while in transit.
– A 20% restocking fee will be applied for all incorrectly ordered items being returned to stock.
– If a part was a “special order” or custom part, Ballantyne may elect to deny the return request.

Warranty Product:
– Contact Ballantyne Customer Service to obtain a valid return authorization number.
– Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box being returned.
– All returns must reference the original Ballantyne invoice or sales order number, part number, quantity and reason for return.
– All returns must be received within 60 days of issuance of the RMA number or credit will not be issued.
– Credit for defective product will be issued once Ballantyne receives credit or disposition from the manufacturer.
– All warranty claims must be made within the manufacturers published warranty period.
– All warranty claims are subject to review and Ballantyne Strong reserves the right to grant full, partial or deny credit.

Incorrect Item Shipped by Seller:
– Contact Ballantyne Customer Service within 30 days of receipt to obtain a valid return authorization number.
– Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box being returned.
– All returns must reference the original Ballantyne invoice or sales order number, part number, quantity and reason for return.
– All returns must be received within 60 days of issuance of the RMA number or credit will not be issued.|
– Ballantyne will provide a prepaid shipping label or freight will be credited to the customer account.
